Important Information About Our Services and Policies
Coastal Car Services, shall not be liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control including, but not limited to, mechanical failure, weather delays and personal items left unattended. Child seats shall be provided and installed by renter applicable to state and federal laws. We will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles.
Coastal Car Services, will enforce state and federal laws that no alcoholic beverages will be consumed by any individual not of legal drinking age or permit use of any non-legal contraband. No smoking is allowed in any vehicle. At management discretion, the renter agrees to be fully liable for the following charges that may occur: $350 minimum for extensive interior cleanup, $350 detailing (due to sickness/exterior), $300 minimum for rip or tear to upholstery, or $500 minimum for each act of vandalism.
No food is permitted inside the Limousine / Buses for any reasons, snacks are permitted. No glitter, confetti, rice, streamers. No tape/adhesives are permitted to be used to hang banners, signs, balloons etc. Should the renter use any of the above-mentioned items, a minimum cleanup fee of $350.00 or greater will be applied to the final bill. The dollar amounts listed above will be tripled for all removed/stolen items from the vehicle. Downtime is subject to loss of revenue per hour lost, as stated in the contract.
Wait Time
Wait time charges on airport transfers begin one hour after landing for domestic arrivals and one hour and fifteen minutes after landing for international arrivals. Per limousine rental, if time exceeds package or set rate, additional hours will be billed at hourly rate based on vehicle size, plus fuel surcharge and chauffeur gratuity.
Cancellation Policy
If an airport transportation reservation is not cancelled within four hours of the scheduled pick-up time, the client will still be charged for the full trip, including gratuity. If a wedding limousine reservation is not cancelled within 60 business days, the client will still be charged in full for the trip, including gratuity, but may apply a new future reservation date in its place. Special event reservation (night on the town, sports event, concert, etc.) deposits are non-refundable. If less than 14 days, the renter is responsible for paying the remaining balance due if the vehicle is not rebooked at the same or higher value.
Concert/Event Parking Fees
If parking fees apply at a concert or event, customers will be required to pay the fee at the event entrance gate to a parking attendant prior to chauffeur parking town car, SUV, or limousine.
No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to show at the schedule place and time, full trip cost will be charged to the client including any wait time, gratuity, tolls, and parking fees.
Contract and Deposits
Any deposits (cash, checks, or credit card authorization) will be non-refundable for any reason (weddings not included, see above). The total balance is due 30 business days prior to the event and will be automatically deducted on the card provided at the time of booking. The rental contract between the renter and Coastal Car Services, is made with the information and terms provided to us and cannot be changed without Coastal Car Services, acceptance. If the contract is cancelled with less than 14 business days’ notice, Coastal Car Services, is still authorized to collect the remaining balance in full if the vehicle is not re-rented on the cancelled date for the same or higher amount. We will reserve the said date upon the approval of the renter's credit card as per the telephone conversation. The credit card holder gives Coastal Car Services, authorization to use the credit card information over the phone. It is agreed that it is not necessary to obtain a signed credit card slip as reservation is made by phone or email. Coastal Car Services, reserves the right to terminate this or any other contract for non-compliance of the above requests.
